Without a doubt, The Carving Board has some of the best burgers and sandwiches in Los Angeles. It's some of the most amazing food I've had. The service is always friendly, I keep coming back here and consistently it's always delicious! You can taste how fresh everything is. Do yourself a favor and try it out, I promise you won't be disappointed!!

The service at The Carving Board was A-1. We were greeted with a smile and asked if it was our first time there, and they instantly gave us information on some of the favorites. The inside was modern and super minimalistic. The bread was phenomenal with that garlic mayo aïoli, the meat was delicious, the lettuce was super crisp, and the veggies were so fresh. It came with freshly made chips that were bomb as f**k!! Honestly, I wish they had a spot in Stockton.

Visited here multiple times and loved their soups and sandwiches, it's never crowded, staff always courteous, free parking in that strip mall , love meeting friends here for a quick meal. Clean and airy space.

I was going to give this place a 3 because we walked in and the chef immediately let us know they were closing in 10 minutes. My sister told him we would take it to go. We asked what he recommended and he said the Bentley was the popular sandwich so I went with that without looking at the menu and got chips as my side. I wasn't expecting much and we were in these parts for a movie premier so we were just hungry. We got our order and ate it in the car and when I opened the bag I realized they made their kettle chips fresh and in-house. I can't remember the last time I had fresh made kettle chips, these were SO GOOD! The sandwich had blue cheese in it and was on really good bread and it was a win. The chef was really nice but seemed urgent to close the doors, but we somehow ended up with an extra bag of chips so it was all good. Definitely would recommend this spot for sure.
